Florisoft began 25 years ago as the first visual Windows DOS application for the flower industry. Today, it has grown into a 70-person company, evolving alongside its customers' needs. The biggest advantage we have experienced with MultiSafepay is being able to complete and create payments over wireless internet (Wi-Fi). This is a big advantage over the traditional terminals that work over COM or serial ports.

Supporting sub-merchant and affiliate onboarding
Florisoft ensures that customers are quickly and smoothly onboarded with MultiSafepay’s SmartPOS terminals.
When a merchant opts in, they’re directed to MultiSafepay’s onboarding page via a referral link – ensuring they’re linked to Florisoft’s support environment. The requested terminals are first shipped to Florisoft, where they handle pre-configuration, install the MultiSafepay app and set up necessary support tools such as TeamViewer or AnyDesk.
Once configured, the terminals are delivered to the merchant – fully set up and ready to use.
Enhancing transaction accuracy and efficiency
One of the key benefits of SmartPOS integration was the improvement in transaction accuracy and ensuring pricing and stock data remained consistent.
Payments are initiated via API, directly from FloriSoft’s backoffice application, which triggers a payment request to the MultiSafepay terminal.
Each user is linked to a specific terminal, making it easy to manage multiple devices across different points of sale.
Once completed, the transaction is automatically logged; successful payments are recorded, and users are alerted immediately in the case of a failed attempt.
This process eliminates manual input on the terminal, reducing errors and speeding up checkout.

Our customers already had a PIN solution, so integrating one that worked smoothly with our system was important. The number of mistakes is lower now, and the menu tree is gone. It’s a small but valuable improvement.
